for 100M sprint around 8 sec lagar kotha for average people. ar baki gular kotha ami jania na. and stamina baraite kisu category of exercise ase jegula sprint er jono kage lage. follow those things and try to make it 1 or 2 hr exercise daily. and khabar er kotha bolte gele try to avoid rich food and rich food jodi khaitei hoy then next 3 or 4 day exercise kore oitar fat burn kore felle better.

i used to play 100M sprint and some the throw event in athletic field. for suggestion chaile then ami aita bolte parbo is --- tomake hard work korte hobe twice the 100M sprint for 200M and evetually 400M e tomar control aise porbe. cause at the end jeita matter kore is "stamina".
stamina na thakle pore last line e gie victory hoite jaia er hoite parba na.
