i used to play 100M sprint and some the throw event in athletic field. for suggestion chaile then ami aita bolte parbo is --- tomake hard work korte hobe twice the 100M sprint for 200M and evetually 400M e tomar control aise porbe. cause at the end jeita matter kore is "stamina".
