There are many custom ROM for android but all are not the best. I want to which one is the best. Please tell me which one is the best ROM according to you in reply section.

I think LineageOS is the best custom Android Distro.

But you need to have a supported handset form their list btw!

It depends on your phone. If you like stock experience then go for Pixel Experience and if you want customization then go for Resurrection Remix or MiUi.RR has tons of customization.More importantly ,you have to confirm that your device have this  roms.

Resurrection Remix is the best pick if u r going for the customization or if u want the stock experience u can go for Pixel Experience . and thers also Lineage, Aim,Paranoid Android,SlimRoms,Carbon ,viper And the list goes on and on ....... u have to choose which kind of rom u want..

If you crave for customization, i recommend you the Resurrection Remix rom.
And for stability, i recommend lineage os, AOSP Extended rom and Pixel Experience rom.
